Hamilton Properties management provides a full management package
for a small percentage of the monthly rent collected. Depending
on the amount of the rent, our management fees are scheduled using
a sliding scale (shown below). We charge no set up fee!
A leasing fee equal to one month's rent is charged with a much smaller fee for
negotiating renewal leases.
