Hamilton Properties is fully integrated property Management Company with in-house Realtors and licensed Attorney founded in 1997 by Tyrone Hamilton in Houston, Texas.  Hamilton’s background and foundation in real estate and property management are well documented, which highlights his notable competence and wide experience in rentals, leasing practice, inspections, financing, maintenance, and budgeting. Having successfully managed and advertised rental properties for the past ten years has given him a solid footing in this field.

Hamilton Properties has successfully managed single family, apartments, and multi-family properties, including low-income and government-subsidized housing, for the past 10 years.  Hamilton Properties prides itself on managing properties so efficiently that our clients often experience an increase in property portfolio profitability that subsidizes the cost of our services.

Our goal as property managers is to manage our client’s properties to the extent that their only involvement with their property is to receive a rental revenue check and monthly reports each month.

Tyrone Hamilton was first introduced to the business in high school by his father.  Hamilton helped with maintenance and repair of his Dad's rental investment properties. Hamilton is a licensed real estate broker and licensed mortgage broker with over 16 years experience as an owner and active manager of rental property, and is actively involved with the day-to-day operations of Hamilton Properties.  He works hard to provide great leadership to his growing property management company. 

Hamilton attended Southern University A & M where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.  In addition, he has acquired his Master of Science degree in Transportation Planning & Management from Texas Southern University. 

Since then, Hamilton has spent 13 years as an engineer in TxDOT’s traffic engineering section, investigating traffic operation complaints and requests from the public and government officials. 

Aside from engineering and growing his property management company, he is also a math instructor, Hamilton has taught algebra at a Houston Community College campus two nights a week for the past 16 years. 

Paula M. Miller was first introduced to the Real Estate business by her parents.  Paula assisted her father and mother in the management and development of family properties.  Paula has successfully assembled sites for clients which involved property management and development of retail, single family residence, apartments, agricultural properties and sites for users who require mature locations within high density environments.

Paula is a licensed Attorney practicing Business Law transactions in the areas of Real Estate, Entertainment, Wills, Trust and Contracts.

Paula attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate degree.  In addition, she acquired her Bachelor of Arts degree in the area of Theatre/Cinema from Texas Southern University.

Aside from Real Estate, Paula also manages her 13 year old daughter Maya Jae™ performing arts career.  Paula has assisted Maya Jae in obtaining her first professional theatrical contract with Houston’s Alley Theatre and her first television appearance with a principal guest starring role on Nickelodeon hit series The Romeo Show.

April Haynes-Taylor was first introduced to the real estate industry in 1998 by assisting her grandfather in managing his single family rental properties. Mrs. Haynes-Taylor began her real estate career with Keller Williams and received extensive training. She has taken courses in Property Management. April worked with Hamilton Properties throughout her real estate career assisting Tyrone Hamilton. She obtained her real estate broker license and started her own real estate firm, Trademark Realty & Investments. She is also a licensed loan officer for KG Mortgage.

In addition to real estate, April Haynes-Taylor is a director of Taylor Trademark Inc. She is Vice President of Taylor Motor Cars of Houston and Taylor Automotive Paint & Body. She is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of each. She is over the marketing, financing, accounting, and human resources for Taylor Trademark Inc.

April Haynes completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD). She obtained her Associate in Arts at Houston Community College. April has worked in several different industries including engineering, oil & gas, transportation, and education serving in all aspects of administrative positions from payroll to executive administrative assistant.

Stephen A. Francis is the owner of Francis Allied Construction and has been a valued partner of Hamilton Properties for several years. Francis Allied Construction has been in business for over 25 years. Mr. Francis owns and maintains over 20 properties. He has experience in providing maintenance for multi-family properties. He specializes in corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, routine maintenance, and make-ready service. Francis Allied Construction is available 24 hours, 7 days/week, and 365 days/year maintenance service. He is currently contracted with George B. Linder, a 55 unit senior living facility.
